Due to the nature our product, all sales are final. If you receive your purchase and find it’s the incorrect item, we will be happy to provide you with a discount to purchase the correct size or item. Please e-mail shopraeraeandco@gmail.com with your order number within seven days of receiving your package to initiate your discount.

Order cancellations must be done before shipment occurs.

* We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once item has shipped, we cannot control how quickly the postal service delivers package. Shipping during the holiday season may encounter some delays.
